DPD UK Standard Delivery
DPD Standard delivery costs £9.50 and takes 2-3 working days
Your order will be dispatched using our DPD courier service and can be delivered anytime between 8am and 6:30pm.
DPD UK Nominated Day Delivery Mon-Fri (post code restrictions apply)
DPD Nominated day or Next Day delivery costs £11.50 and you are able to select a day of your choice up to 7 days in advance (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

For a next working day delivery you must order before 1pm Monday-Friday
Your order will be dispatched using our DPD courier service and can be delivered anytime between 8am and 6.30pm.
DPD Saturday delivery (post code restrictions apply)
DPD Saturday delivery costs £20.00 you are able to select a Saturday delivery up to 7 days in advance

Saturday delivery must be selected before 4pm on Friday to qualify
Your order will be dispatched using our DPD courier service and can be delivered anytime between 8am and 4:30pm
International Delivery / DHL Express Delivery
Delivery price varies per country and per order depending on the size of the required box. Please see the checkout for accurate pricing.
RoW orders will be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in your total.
You should not pay additional local taxes at the time of delivery of your order.
EU orders will be sent DAP (Delivered At Place), which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will need to be paid by the receiver. We advise that tax and duties may not be refundable.
Please note that this excludes deliveries to Russia and orders to Australia over AUD$1000 which are sent DAP (Delivery At Place) and you may be subject to local charges when the parcel enters your country.
Orders to Russia are available to the following destinations St Petersburg and Moscow only. The shipment is required to be dispatched to a registered business address. Please be aware verification of the address provided may be required to authorise the order prior to shipping. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to residential addresses.
All deliveries to Russia are sent via DHL International and are DAP (Delivery At Place) therefore product prices displayed on the site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Goods remain the responsibility of the customer upon dispatch. Please note as orders are dispatched as DAP shipments (Delivered At Place) LOVEHATS.COM do not accept responsibility for any shipments held at customs awaiting payment of duties.
